FAQ
Arrival
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy around 15.00 hrs.
Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Dogs & pets
In consideration of allergy sufferers, we can only accept dogs and other pets in our neighbouring houses to a limited extent and by prior arrangement. We charge € 8.00 per pet and day.
Means of payment
Accepted means of payment: Girocard/EC card, Mastercard, VISA, cash.
E-charging stations
E-charging stations are publicly accessible in the hotel car park.
Bathing slippers
For sustainability reasons, we do not provide disposable bathing slippers. Please bring your own slippers or purchase slippers for € 4.00 per pair in our hotel shop at reception.
Pick-up service from the railway station
We will be happy to pick you up from Lennestadt-Altenhundem railway station free of charge. Please let us know your arrival time up to one day before arrival so that we can make arrangements.
Pick-up service by taxi
The local taxi companies offer comparatively favourable prices for door-to-door pick-ups by bundling journeys. Please contact us for a quote.
Car parks & garages
A sufficient number of parking spaces are available free of charge on the hotel grounds. You can reserve a garage parking space for € 6.50 (collective garage with valet parking) or € 9.50 (single garage).
